About Me

Justin Haenlein began practicing law in early 2005 as an associate attorney at Stephen W. Monks, P.C., a general practice firm specializing in real estate litigation, criminal defense and bankruptcy.

After spending two and a half half years as an associate attorney, Mr. Haenlein formed Haenlein Law Firm, LLC in July 2007 as a general practice law firm serving the people of the State Colorado.

Mr. Haenlein continued to practice law as a private practitioner until January 2022. From January 2022 until April 2025, Mr. Haenlein served the people of the State of Colorado and 13th Judicial District as a District Court Judge, sitting in Kit Carson, Yuma, Phillips, Sedgwick and Washington counties.

After leaving the bench, Mr. Haenlein revived Haenlein Law Firm, LLC again, this time specializing in criminal defense, juvenile defense and dependency and neglect.
